How long have you been in business?

Through JTech, I have been providing computer consulting services to a wide variety of businesses and non-profits since 2001.

What is your service area?

The on-site service area includes the following Central Ohio Counties: Franklin, Union, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, and Madison. Additionally, there is a service drop-off location in both Union and Franklin Counties. I provide secure remote service over the Internet to your computers and servers anywhere in the world.

How many employees do you have?

As a sole proprietor, I provide the majority of consultancy services to JTech clients, with selected projects and tasks being performed by trusted and qualified partners. As an IT generalist, I have the expertise to handle any assignment for a small business, with over 15 years of experience and numerous and ongoing industry certifications.

What’s your response time?

My clients receive VIP response times. Remote access support can often be provided immediately with a simple phone call. On-site service is typically provided the same or next day. Emergency on-site support is typically provided within 2-4 hours. It is my goal to save my clients money by empowering them to handle many routine matters. This is often achieved through targeted training, providing extended technical documentation, and providing cost-effective remote support.

Do you offer maintenance agreements or service contracts?

No. These types of agreements are usually a great deal for the service provider, but won’t be such a good deal for you. Other vendors may ask you to sign one-year contracts with up-front monthly or yearly fees with lots of fine print, exceptions, and exclusions. These agreements are often presented as a means of receiving reduced hourly rates off of already inflated rates and supposed VIP response times.

As a client of JTech, you will pay a reasonable rate for services and automatically receive VIP response times. As a satisfied client, you will want to continue using JTech as your provider of choice, not because you are locked in to a contract.
